Take meeting notes, prepare meeting minutes, and develop business requirement documents (BRD, FSR, etc.).
Act as a bridge between the technical team and end users to ensure requirements are accurately conveyed.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing): prepare test scripts, support users during testing, and record defects.
Assist in creating user manuals and training documents
Working Hours:
8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and alternating Saturdays.
Final-year students (able to work full-time) or graduates majoring in Information Systems (preferred), Information Technology, or Business majors who have completed IT/Information Systems courses. (MUST HAVE)
Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team.
Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Draw.io, Visio, etc.). (MUST HAVE)
Basic knowledge of software systems and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Ability to read and understand technical documents in English. (MUST HAVE)
