Research market trends, customer insights, and competitor offerings.
Support the development of new concepts, business models, and service innovations.
Assist in designing, testing, and evaluating new product/service initiatives.
Collaborate with Marketing, BA and Stakeholders to ensure feasibility and compliance.
Prepare research reports, proposals, and presentations.
Monitor industry updates and international best practices to identify opportunities.
Provide operational and analytical support for product/service launches.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, Tourism, E-commerce, or a related discipline.
Strong foreign language proficiency (English required; additional languages are a plus).
With experience in R&D, product development, consulting, or market research, especially in E-commerce, Travel and/or Finance
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication, reporting, and presentation abilities
Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Project coordination skills are an advantage.
