Record and process monthly accounting transactions for international clients.
Handle recurring journal entries such as expenses, revenue, payroll, depreciation, and tax.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using Xero.
Prepare financial reports in compliance with IFRS or other relevant standards depending on the client’s jurisdiction.
Coordinate with clients and oversea partners to reconcile and clarify financial data.
Support external audits, tax filings, and ad hoc financial reporting as required.
Stay up to date with accounting and tax regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of experience in accounting for foreign/international clients (Autralia, Singapore, or Hongkong), especially in the service industry.
Proficient in Xero (Xero Certified is a plus).
Familiarity with accounting and reporting requirements in Australia, Singapore, or Hong Kong.
Good understanding of IFRS, international taxation, or cross-border compliance is a plus.
Strong written English skills are required; verbal communication skills in English are a plus.
High level of accuracy, integrity, responsibility, and analytical thinking.
