GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The General Accountant will be in charge of all accounting activities and produce management reports as needed by the management team.

  • Review daily, weekly, and monthly receipts, pay slips, payment requests, etc to submit to the Chief Accountant and General Director;
  • Execute accounting tasks such as preparing payments, reconciling accounts, concluding period-end procedures, and organizing document filing;
  • Perform contracts review related to prices, payment terms, penalty terms, and late payment interest;
  • Account for salary, bonus, incentives, social insurance, and personal income tax costs;
  • Compile monthly financial statements and management reports; as well as reports analyzing profits, revenue, and costs as required.
  • Timely update accounting information, draft notices to relevant departments when there are changes;
  • Propose plans to optimize work efficiency and cost management and control budget of each department;
  • Engage in ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Chief Accountant and the Company's Board of Directors.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields;
  • At least 2 years of experience in the role of General Accountant;
  • Have accounting professional capacity such as organizing and analyzing accounting tasks. Obtaining in-depth knowledge about IFRS is an advantage;
  • Good at using Microsoft Offices and accounting software systems;
  • Excellent command of English skills, especially writing skills; 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Hard-working and Integrity. Able to work under pressure.

Working time: Can start ASAP

  • Mon - Fri, from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Work on 2 Saturdays/month (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
  • Lunch break: 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
