A. Recruitment (70%)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT/ Technical roles (including software developers, designer, QA, DevOps, and other tech positions) and non-technical role when needed
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, define job descriptions, and create effective hiring strategies.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, coordinate interview scheduling, participate in technical interviews
and collect feedback with all stakeholders to support hiring decision.
- Stay up-to-date with trends in IT roles, skills in demand, and the competitive recruitment landscape.
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top IT talent.
B. Admin/ Operation (30%)
- Assist in HR operations as needed, including onboarding and policy communication for new hires.
- Other admin/ operation tasks as and when needed (Employee engagement: support in organize trips/ events/ monthly birthday, etc.;)

1/ Working hours: 8.00 am - 5.30 pm, Mondays to Fridays and Alternate Saturdays
2/ Working mode: On-site
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong emphasis on hiring for IT roles.
- Proficiency in English is preferred
- Solid understanding of various technical job functions and skill sets.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Job portals.).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a strong attention to detail.
