SALES EXECUTIVE (Ticketing, B2B)

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Identify, approach, and maintain relationships with B2B partners (corporate clients, travel agencies).

  • Handle B2C inquiries via online/offline channels, providing flight options, quotations, and booking support.

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

  • Coordinate with ticketing and customer service teams to ensure seamless booking and after-sales support.

  • Stay updated on airline promotions, fares, rules, and market trends.

  • Prepare sales reports and contribute to sales strategy development.

  • Handle customer issues, complaints, and refunds professionally and timely.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
  • Fluent in English is a MUST
  • Have a working experience in the role of Sales Executive or similar role is an advantage;
  • Good at using Microsoft Offices and other technical tools for the job;
  • Have a growth mindset and a proactive approach to taking initiative;
  • Communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills;
  • Hard-working, dynamic, and detail-oriented. Able to work under pressure.

Working time: Can start ASAP

  • Mon - Fri, from 8:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Work alt Saturdays (8:00 am - 5:00 pm)
  • Lunch break: 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm
