Consult and recommend suitable tour programs based on customer preferences and budget.
Follow up on leads, handle inquiries, and close sales effectively.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and new destinations.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Represent the company at travel fairs, events, or client meetings if required.
Experience in tour sales, customer service, or the travel industry is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and tailor tour solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Passionate about travel and tourism.
