Tour Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Build, develop, and lead the travel department, ensuring proper training and professional development for staff.
  • Design and organize tour packages, including transportation, accommodation, meals, and activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners, and service providers such as hotels, airlines, restaurants, and tour guides.
  • Conduct market research, stay updated on travel trends, and propose new travel products that align with customer demands.
  • Supervise and ensure the quality of tour services, handling any issues that may arise during tour operations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations related to travel business operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields from a recognized university.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the travel and tour operations industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a management role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the travel market, domestic and international destinations, and emerging tourism trends.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and business planning abilities.
  • Proficiency in English (additional foreign languages is a plus).
  • Proficient in office software and travel-related applications.
